Ooh La La shaved ice begins with PH Balanced Tennessee water and uses only 100% Cane Sugar (no corn syrup!) and offers a line of natural flavors that contain no artificial colors or flavors! Finally the ice is shaved using an "Olde New Orleans" shaved ice machine. Our shaved ice is the real thing, cold and smooth and exactly like the owners enjoyed while growing up in New Orleans!
